Supervision and Demo Groups
Supervision Groups
“What is most personal is most universal.” – Carl Rogers
These monthly supervision groups offer a space to come together and explore the nuances of both your personal and clinical practice.
As we sit in the therapist or practitioner role, parts inevitably arise. Working alongside others in a shared space can be a powerful support, helping us recognise common patterns, gently unblend, and return to a more grounded and connected place in ourselves.
These groups support us to stay resourced, deepen our insight, and bring this presence into our work with clients.
Where: Online via Zoom
When: Tuesdays
Time: 18:00 - 19:30 (GMT)
Frequency: Monthly (6 month blocks)
Cost: £50 per session
These are closed groups and sessions can be counted towards UKCP and BACP annual supervision requirements.
Demo Supervision Groups
“It is rare to find someone that can bring a refreshing blend of humour, care and wisdom. Elise did this so beautifully when guiding us in both our personal demos and in her teaching.”
Join me and six others for a seven-week journey exploring our parts through demonstrations, reflection, and shared inquiry.
Each week, one person will be the main focus and may bring material for exploration, whether it be their own inner world, client work or a particular part or experience they’d like to explore.
During the demos, we’ll pause at key moments to reflect together, highlighting decision points and where we are on the map of the process. This helps the learning remain embodied, witnessed and clearly grounded in practice.
These seven weeks are designed to enhance your confidence, deepen your understanding, and refine your application of the principles of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in both your personal and professional work.
If you are already IFS Level 1 trained (or equivalent), you are warmly welcome to join.
Where: Online via Zoom
Time: 18:00 - 20:00 (GMT)
Frequency: Weekly for 7 weeks
Cost: £55 per session ( £330 if paid in advance )
This is a closed group with a commitment to the full series, supporting the gradual development of safety, trust, and depth within the group. Sessions can be counted towards UKCP and BACP annual supervision requirements.
