Meditation
Meditation Mondays
Welcome to this monthly online space where we can join together to pause, turn inward, and come into relationship with our inner world and parts - held within a shared space of practice and presence.
Each evening begins with a brief introduction to the month’s theme, followed by a 15 to 20 minute guided meditation. You’ll be invited to bring awareness inside and gently connect with any parts that arise as we explore the theme together.
From here, there is time to reflect through journaling, followed by sharing in pairs or triads, before returning to the wider circle for a few final moments together.
We meet on the second Monday of each month, 18:00–19:00 (UK time).

“You are welcome to come just as you are.”
“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” – Brené Brown
There is no need to have any previous experience of meditation or IFS. The theme offers a starting point, and whatever is present for you is welcome.

The longer-term benefit of Meditation
With regular practice, meditation can help us notice our thoughts, feelings and bodily responses with greater awareness and kindness. We may begin to recognise familiar patterns and have a little more space to choose how we respond.
Through meeting our parts with curiosity, we can gradually build a more trusting relationship with ourselves and the feelings and sensations we experience. This may support clearer boundaries, greater connection with others, and more capacity to stay alongside ourselves when life feels difficult.
The invitation is to practise returning to ourselves, again and again as we are - without expecting things to be a certain way or ideal.
Thank you for your interest in Meditation Mondays – we'd love to welcome you.
We invite a small contribution for each evening, according to your circumstances.
On the day of each session, we'll email you the Zoom link, along with a way to make your contribution.
